Hunt Oil Company (HOC), began as a small family-owned business and has expanded into a well-respected oil and gas industry leader. Today, the Company operates 120,000 net acres across the Williston Basin in North Dakota. The Company has remained a driving force in North Dakota’s oil and gas sector for more than twenty years. In recent years, HOC has been a major player in the unconventional area, participating as an early entrant in several of the premier oil and gas shale plays in the United States. Internationally, the Company holds a 25.2% non‑operated interest in Peru’s Camisea region, and has maintained a presence in Kurdistan since the early 2000s. In addition to its oil and gas operations, Hunt Oil participates in global LNG development, with production facilities operating in Peru since 2010 and in Yemen since 2009.

Hunt Refining Company

Formally established in 1986, Hunt Refining Company (HRC) is a petroleum refiner that produces and markets a wide range of products, including asphalt, transportation fuels, light oils, and other refined materials. Originally focused on refining crude oil into asphalt products, the company has significantly expanded its capabilities over the decades. Today, HRC safely produces high‑quality transportation fuels and other petroleum products while continuing to manufacture crude‑based asphalt byproducts. In addition, Hunt Refining Company and its affiliates operate premier transportation and logistics facilities throughout the southeastern United States.

Hunt LNG

Hunt LNG Operating Company operates the first and only LNG plant in South America and its 408 kilometer gas pipeline, which runs across the Peruvian Andes to the central coast of Peru. The company’s main activity is to maintain and process natural gas and transform it to liquefied natural gas. The plant is owned by PERU LNG, in which Hunt Oil Company has 50 percent of shares, and its operations surpass the highest national and international standards of best practices in technical, safety, social and environmental aspects.

Hunt Energy Network (HEN), founded in 2018, specializes in delivering world‑class clean energy solutions. The company provides comprehensive support across the project lifecycle, from securing land leases and developing energy infrastructure to navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power market. HEN develops and deploys advanced energy storage assets that supply ERCOT with a distributed, coordinated fleet of fast‑responding resources to help efficiently balance the grid. Its proprietary TraDER platform automates trading and settlement activities across the portfolio while optimizing project siting and asset performance. Hunt Utility Services

Hunt Utility Services (HUS) provides management and support for Sharyland Utilities, LLC, a Texas-based electric transmission utility that is fully regulated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Sharyland Utilities, LLC, originally founded by Hunt in 1999 and sold to Sempra Energy in 2019, owns and operated approximately 64 miles of 138kV and 345Kv electric transmission located in the lower Rio Grande Valley region of Texas. Sharyland along with Hunt Utility Services has a long and successful track record of working with market partners to develop innovative transmission solutions that provide economic and system benefits to the Electric Reliability Councial of Texas (ERCOT) grid.
