The Fields West development in Frisco — one of the most closely watched local real estate projects — is giving a clearer picture of the planned stores and restaurants, including some uncommon names for North Texas.

More than 10 retailers and more than 10 places to eat or drink have signed up for the project, according to Fehmi Karahan, CEO of The Karahan Cos., developer behind the project. The lineup of signed leases has established players — and some rising stars.

The retail includes furniture and household items, clothing and jewelry while the restaurants include American fare, Japanese and seafood, among other offerings. Some of the names: Alo Yoga, 7th Avenue, Arhaus, Mastro’s and Nando’s.
